BRUNCH EGGS 
9-12 slices bread, cubed
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
8 oz. sharp Cheddar, shredded
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Sliced mushrooms (optional)
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Put cubed bread in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Add cheese, bacon, and mushrooms. Beat together eggs, milk and salt, and pour over other ingredients. Keep in refrigerator overnight, covered with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes with foil on and 5-10 minutes more with foil off.
