1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in blender on high or minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Knife inserted in center comes out clean.
