CHARCOAL BROILED SHRIMP 
1 c. olive oil or corn oil
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Cocktail sauce

Combine oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic salt. Marinate shrimp in sauce at least 1 hour. Grill on wire rack over coals 5 minutes per side, or until shrimp turn pink. Do not over cook. Serve with cocktail sauce.
