BROILED GINGER SHRIMP 
3/4 c. dry vermouth
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

In small saucepan, combine vermouth, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Split shrimp down back without cutting through, flatten. Marinate 10 minutes. Preheat broiler and spray pan with vegetable oil spray. Remove shrimp from marinade and place on broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat, 2-3 minutes per side. Makes 6 serving, 125 calories each.
