COUNTRY SAUSAGE AND EGGS | |
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1 c. sour cream 1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled 12 eggs Use 8 x 11 greased casserole. Layer sausage on bottom, then half cheese and sour cream and spices. Beat eggs and put on top, then other half of cheese and sour cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes uncovered. |
