COUNTRY SAUSAGE AND POTATOES AU GRATIN | |
1 lb. sausage (cut in 1/2 inch slices) 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Au Gratin potatoes 2 1/2 c. hot water 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 med. carrots (sliced) 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked and drained) 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Combine sausage, potatoes, sauce mix, water and pepper in 10 or 12 inch skillet. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in carrots, cover and simmer about 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli and cheese and cook about 5 or 10 minutes. |
