COUNTRY SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild bulk sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. plain flour
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 c. drained whole kernel corn
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off drippings, reserving 2 tablespoons in skillet. Remove sausage. Saute onion and flour in reserved drippings until brown. Add sausage, tomatoes, corn and sugar; mix well. Pour into casserole, sprinkle with bread crumbs that have been browned in butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
