COUNTRY SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 lg. chopped onion
4 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. dry chicken noodle mix
1 c. raw instant rice
1 can mushrooms, sliced

Brown and drain sausage, pepper, celery and onion. Combine water, chicken noodle mix, rice and mushrooms, and add to the browned ingredients.

Put into large greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered 350 for 1 hour. This is a meal in itself and very good.
