COUNTRY SAUSAGE AND POTATOES AU
GRATIN
 
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 lg. chopped onion
1 tsp. oil
1 pkg. Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
2 1/2 c. hot water
4 med. carrots, cut into 2" strips
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed & drained
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook sausage and onion in skillet until tender. Stir in potatoes and sauce mix from package, water and pepper. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Stir in carrots, cover and simmer until carrots are crispy, 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli and cheese, cover and cook until broccoli is heated through and cheese is melted.
