RANCHO BAKED BEANS 
1/4 c. salad oil or shortening
2 c. chopped onions
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 c. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. cider vinegar
2 (1 lb.) cans pork & beans
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained

Heat oil in skillet. Add onions and simmer until golden yellow. Add ground beef and stir with a fork. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. 8 servings.
