STUFFING - IN OR OUT OF POULTRY 
2 lg. loaves bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. onion
3 c. celery
2 c. butter
1/4 to 1/5 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sage
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tbsp. marjoram
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. celery flakes

Saute onion, celery and butter. Mix spices together and then mix with bread. Mix sauteed mixture with bread and spices.
