BETH'S POULTRY LOAF MEDLEY 
10 oz. can stewed tomatoes, drained & chopped
1/4 c. brown sugar (or honey or maple syrup)
1/8 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
All-purpose seasoning to taste (sug. Mortons Nature Season)
2 lb. ground turkey, chicken or combination
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1/4 c. kernel corn
1/2 c. Quaker oats

In a large mixing bowl, combine stewed tomatoes, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Take out 1/2 cup, set aside. Add remaining ingredients to tomato mixture in large bowl; blend thoroughly. Press into large pyrex loaf pan, leaving a depression down the middle. Pour remaining 1/2 cup tomato mixture on top.

Bake 35-40 minutes in 750 watt microwave at 70% power, or until center temperature reaches 180 degrees. Set out 10 minutes before serving. Or, bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees in conventional oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
