STUFFING FOR POULTRY 
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper if desired

Melt butter in fry pan. Add celery, parsley, onion. Fry until tender. Add butter and vegetables to bread crumbs. Add seasonings. Mix lightly, but well.
