NOODLES AND COTTAGE CHEESE 
1 (16 oz.) egg noodles
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 lg. chopped onion

1. Saute onions and butter.

2. Boil noodles, drain and rinse.

3. Put noodles in pot.

4. Pour butter and onion over noodles.

5. Stir in cottage cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
