WIDE NOODLES AND COTTAGE CHEESE 
1 bag wide egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) container sm. curd cottage cheese
6 tbsp. butter

Boil egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well. Melt butter in pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place noodles back in original pot on low heat. Pour butter over noodles, add salt and pepper and container of cottage cheese. Mix well. Serve hot.

I also add cooked bacon to the cottage cheese, noodle mix.
