NOODLES & COTTAGE CHEESE 
3/4 lb. wide egg noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion

Boil noodles until tender. Drain. Saute butter with onions until soft. Add cottage cheese and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Yields 4 servings.
