FISH FILLETS IN LEMON BUTTER 
1 lb. firm fish fillets
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) butter
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika

In 2 quart oblong glass baking dish, arrange fillets with thickest areas to outside edges of dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In 1 quart casserole place butter. MICROWAVE AT HIGH(10), 1 to 2 minutes, until melted. Blend in parsley and lemon juice and pour over fish. Top with crumbs, then sprinkle on paprika. MICROWAVE ON HIGH(10), 8 to 10 minutes. MICROWAVE TIME: 9 to 12 minutes total. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
