1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 (1 lb.) can applesauce
2 tsp. cinnamon

Blend and mix the above ingredients well. Pour into greased miniature muffin pans, filling about 1/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for about 7 minutes. Yield: 72 miniature muffins.
