OVEN - FRIED CHICKEN 
tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Coat chicken. Place skin sides down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn; bake until done, about 15 minutes longer.
