MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
Garlic salt (to taste)
Pepper, to taste
Salt to taste
1 tsp. chili powder to taste
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
1/2 chopped onion
1 can Mexicorn
1 chopped green pepper
Tabasco, to taste

Brown ground chuck in skillet. Add garlic salt, pepper, salt, and onion. While cooking, add chili powder and Tabasco to it.

Grate cheese. Cook noodles. Drain meat and add more chili powder if desired plus can of Mexicorn, drained. Add green pepper. Mix this with noodles.

In 2 quart casserole dish place 1/2 of mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese. Then add the rest of mixture and remaining cheese on top. Put in oven to melt cheese.
