MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked and cut up
1/2 pkg. noodles, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. diced onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic

Mix together. Bake about 30 minutes, uncovered, at 400 degrees. Serves 6-8.
