MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can green chiles
1 can creamed corn
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow corn meal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake in greased and floured pan for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
