JEWISH APPLE CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 4 eggs 1/2 c. orange juice 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 tsp. baking powder 3 to 4 sliced apples mixed with cinnamon and sugar to taste Mix first 7 ingredients. Pour half into greased tube pan. Add prepared apple slices. Add remaining batter. Top with apple slices. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
