APPLE DIP 
4 apples
1 c. orange juice

Wash and core apples (do not peel). Slice apples into 1/4 inch slices and cover with orange juice. Chill.

DIP FOR APPLES:

1 c. sour cream or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter

Mix well all ingredients. When ready to serve; drain apple slices. Arrange slices on a platter. Put dip in center to serve.
