RICE FOR FRIED CHICKEN 
1 stick butter
1 c. rice
2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup
3 c. water

Melt the butter in pan. Add the rice and chicken noodle soup. Stir over medium heat until golden brown. Add the water. Cover and simmer until done, checking to see if needs water.

Optional: Can add 1 tablespoon chicken stock or bouillon.
