CASHEW GRANOLA BAR 
1/2 c. unsalted corn oil butter
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 c. coarsely crushed 4 grain flake cereal
1 c. coarsely chopped dry roasted unsalted cashews
3/4 c. chopped dates

In large saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar and honey. Bring to boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal, nuts and dates. Press into greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan; chill until firm. Cut into 3 x 1 inch bars. Makes 27.
