CARAMEL BARS 
49 caramels
1/4 c. water
3 c. toasted oat cereal
2 c. granola type cereal
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. butter

Melt caramels with water in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until sauce is smooth. Pour over combined cereals; toss until well coated. With hands slightly moistened with water, press mixture into greased 13x9-inch pan. Melt chocolate chips, milk and butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Drizzle over cereal mixture. Cool; cut into bars.
