CARAMEL FUDGE BARS 
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine 1/3 cup evaporated milk and caramels and cook until melted. Combine cake mix and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Press 1/2 of batter into 13 x 9 inch pan and bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Then sprinkle chocolate chips, caramels and nuts over this and crumble rest of batter over all. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
