APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice, from 1 lemon

Combine on low speed. Add 1 egg yolk. Beat after each yolk, until 4 yolks have been added. Beat whites of eggs and fold into mixture. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Let stand 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan. Pour icing over cake while hot.
