CARAMELS 
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white Karo
1/2 c. butter (omit butter with heavy cream)
2 c. cream

Combine sugar, syrup and butter and 1/2 cup cream. Cook to soft ball. Add 1/2 cup cream, cook to soft ball. Add 1 cup cream, cook to soft ball. Pour into pan. Let cool. Cut in squares and wrap.
