BREAD THE BEST 
12 c. flour
6 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. salt
12 pkg. yeast
3 c. water
1 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter

Mix 4 cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in large bowl. Combine water, milk and butter in a pan and heat over low heat until liquids are warm. Add to dry ingredients. Beat by hand for 2 minutes. Add enough flour for a thick batter. Beat 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl. Add enough flour to make a soft dough; turn onto board and knead. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and let rise again. Divide dough in half for 2 loaves or make rolls.

Bake 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes for bread. Bake 375 degrees for 35 minutes for rolls.
