CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream corn
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2/3 c. oil
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix above ingredients well. Add 4 beaten eggs. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes until done.
