CORN CASSEROLE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 cans cream corn
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cheese

Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour 1/2 mixture into lightly greased casserole. Add layer of cheese. Repeat. Bake, uncovered 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
