4 c. cottage cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3-4 tbsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla

Put cheeses in blender until smooth. Beat in sugar and eggs. Mix in flour, lemon juice, rind and vanilla. Pour or spread over any coffee cake recipe just before baking. Prick flattened dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
