3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl, blend eggs, oil and cream. Mix well. Add vanilla, then dry ingredients and mix. Divide dough. Spread with fingers into 2 greased and lightly floured pans. Cookie sheets.

FILLING:

6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. heavy cream or whipping cream
2 tbsp. flour
4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well and pour over dough. Great when topped with fruit.
