MICHELLE'S EASY CHICKEN STIR FRY 
Fast, easy and delicious!

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp. cooking oil, divided
seasoning salt, to taste
green and red pepper
onion
1/4 cup water
1 cup barbecue sauce (your choice)
rice or noodles

Cut chicken into strips and fry on medium heat in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. When chicken is no longer pink, add seasoning salt, stir, and remove from heat. Cut up green and red peppers and onion and sauté on medium heat in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, add 1/4 cup water to 1 cup barbecue sauce.

Once peppers and onions are done, add the chicken and pour the sauce/water mix. Let simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, stir every few minutes.

And your done! I like to add spaghetti noodles to the stir fry while it is simmering, but it is also great served over rice! Enjoy :)
