CHICKEN CRUNCH 
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 to 2 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped cashews
1 c. milk
2 c. chow mein noodles

Saute the onion and celery in the butter. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and sprinkle nuts and noodles on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover last 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
