CLEMSON CHICKEN CRUNCH 
3 c. chicken, cubed
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. slivered almonds
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 lg. can chow mein noodles, do not put noodles in when blending

Blend ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole and bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove, stir in some chow mein noodles. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top.
