CHICKEN CRUNCH SALAD 
1 c. raw carrots, shredded
1 c. diced cooked chicken (can use tuna)
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. cream
1 c. Chinese noodles

Mix all ingredients except noodles. Chill. Just before serving, toss in noodles. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 4-6.
