CHINESE CHICKEN CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients. Mix soup and mayonnaise. Combine and toss. Put in casserole and sprinkle almonds over top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve over noodles. Serves 6.
