CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
1 sm. can mushroom stems and pieces
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles

Cook rice, while rice is steaming, saute and brown the meat, onion and celery. Then add this to the steamed rice. Add soups, mushrooms and soy sauce. Mix all together. Place in large casserole and top with Chinese noodles. (This amount also fills a long cake pan). If you want a smaller amount, use 2/3 cups rice and 1 pound beef, a little less soy sauce. Do not salt anything, as the soups are salty.
