BISQUOCHITOS (ANISE COOKIES) 
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. anise extract
1 3/4 c. flour
Cinnamon and sugar

Cream butter and sugar; add extract and baking powder mix well, add egg, mix well, add flour, mix well. Form dough into 2 rolls. Chill several hours. Cut into 1/4 inch slices, bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before completely cool.
