MEAT AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. broad noodles

Cook noodles in boiling water 12 minutes. Drain, rinse, and put in buttered baking dish. 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, chopped 1 can condensed tomato soup 1/2 lb. grated American cheese, reserve enough to sprinkle on top 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 c. water Salt and pepper to taste Butter

Cook meat in skillet until done. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into baking dish and mix. Dot with plenty of butter. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with tossed green salad and French bread. It is an excellent dish to prepare in the morning. Set aside. Bake for dinner when you return. Serves 6.
