PORK BARBEQUE 
6 lb. pork shoulder boned cut into small pieces.
2 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
4 tbsp. mustard
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, cut up
2 med. onions, cut up
Salt and pepper, to taste

Trim fat from pork. Put all ingredients together and cook until meat very tender. You may serve meat in chunks or mash into smaller pieces.
