10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 sm. can Niblets corn
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. each chopped onion & green pepper

Cook broccoli as directed on box. Melt Cheez Whiz in microwave, in jar. Mix all remaining ingredients. Stir in broccoli, Cheez Whiz and melted butter last. Mix well. Bake in a greased 13"x9" baking dish 1 hour at 350 degrees.
