BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
2 (7 oz.) pkgs. of corn bread mix
1 c. melted butter
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped brococli, thawed, drained
4 eggs, beaten
1 (4 oz.) green chilies

Combine corn bread mix, eggs, and butter in bowl, mix well. Stir in green chilies, cottage cheese and broccoli. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. May bake in muffin pans. 12 servings.
