BROCCOLI CORN BREAD

10 oz. broccoli, chopped (cooked and drained)

4 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Add broccoli. Stir in 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix. Bake in greased pan in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
