BROCCOLI SAUSAGE BREAD 
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. corn oil
1 env. dry yeast
1 c. warm water

Dough: In a large bowl mix dry ingredients. Pour corn oil into center of flour and blend. Dissolve yeast in warm water and mix gradually into flour mixture to moisten. Knead thoroughly adding more water or flour if needed.

Roll into a ball and cover with a cloth. Put it in a warm spot and allow to double in size. Pat down and let rise 1 more hour.

FILLING:

2 lg. onions
5 clove of garlic, minced
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage meat (remove casing)
1 lg. bunch broccoli, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced

In a large skillet saute onions, garlic and sausage, drain. Steam broccoli, add to sausage mixture and simmer low 10 minutes.

Procedure: Roll dough on floured surface to form a large rectangle. Place dough on oiled cookie sheet. Fill center of dough with cooled filling. Spread cheeses over filling. Turn in short ends of dough and wrap one side over filling, then bring the other side over that. Pinch all seams to seal. Turn seam side down and brush loaf with oil. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Slice and serve.
