BROCCOLI BREAD | |
3 tubes crescent rolls 20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked 1/2-1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled 1-2 c. grated Cheddar cheese In ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan, place 1 package uncooked crescent rolls, lying them out then pinching the seams together to cover the bottom of pan. Then cover with 1/2 of the broccoli. Sprinkle about 1/2 of bacon. Cover with about 1/2 of the cheese. Unroll another package of crescent rolls and carefully lay over the broccoli, bacon and cheese, again trying to close some of the gaps. Repeat steps and top with final package of crescents once more trying to seal the gaps. Brush top layer with a little egg white for a nice golden color. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until top is golden brown. |
