1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy Corn Meal Muffin mix

Cook broccoli per instructions on package and drain well. Mix all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
